Beginning in 2014, China and Thailand group has expanded rapidly through holding and other forms. The company has three viscose fiber production bases, namely, Fulbright Fiber Co., Ltd., alar city Fiber Co., Ltd., and Tiantai Fiber Co., Ltd., the production base of viscose fiber, the three spinning factories of the Jinjin Fu special yarn industry Co., Ltd., the Fu Li Zhen Zhen cotton spinning Co., Ltd. and the Xin Xin Ju Feng special yarn industry Co., Ltd., forming 1 million tons of viscose fiber, 300 thousand tons of pulp and 3 million 500 thousand spindles, the production scale of viscose fiber is third, and the cellulose yarn production capacity ranks first in the country.

As of 2018, China and Thailand group had 15 holding or shareholding textile industry enterprises through merger and reorganization, with a total investment of 5 billion 600 million yuan, with a total investment of 32 billion yuan, an annual output of 441 thousand and 500 tons of cotton, an annual output of 255 thousand tons of pulp, an annual output of 935 thousand tons of cellulose fiber, and an annual output of 352 thousand and 500 tons of viscose yarn. Textile products are sold to other parts of Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and other regions, while foreign textile products are exported to Russia, Russia and other countries.

In August 2019, Xinjiang's name changed to Xinjiang Zhongtai Textile Group Co., Ltd. To strengthen the cellulose fiber industry: first, to strengthen the coordination of resources in the industry chain between China and Thailand, and rationally adjust the structure of viscose staple fiber varieties according to the requirements of the cotton mill.
