In October 9th, Toshiyama Kitaaki issued a notice that the company received the Cci Capital Ltd notification from Linzhi Tencent, which in September 30, 2019, will hold the company's share of the constant 20 and constant 21 management plan share, and turn it into a direct holding of the shares of the listed company through the block trading. After the completion of the transaction, Linzhi Tencent directly holds 42 million 847 thousand and 100 shares of Changshan North Ming shares, accounting for 2.59% of the total shares of the company.

This also means that Linzhi Tencent has directly held from indirect holding of Changshan North Ming shares.

It is worth mentioning that Tencent is Shenzhen Tencent industrial investment fund Co., Ltd., holding 100% stake in Linzhi Tencent. Last June, Changshan North Ming's wholly owned subsidiary, North Ming software and Tencent cloud, signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership. North Ming software will cooperate with Tencent cloud in the field of Online Dispute Resolution platform and smart city proposal.
