Circular Dye Free Biodegradable, "Green Fiber" On The Station, Where Do You Hold The Draught?
"Time makes heroes". Different development periods will bring out different "draught". For those who are in the "tide maker", when the draught comes, practicing internal skills can better seize opportunities. Recently, during the 2019 China International Textile yarn (Qiu Dong) exhibition, the China textile daily reporter interviewed several responsible persons of chemical fiber enterprises, and found that whether the recycled recycled chemical fiber products, or the dyed liquid chemical fiber products or biodegradable chemical fiber dimension, the demand for downstream in the past two years has increased rapidly. Under the tide of the world's pursuit of green development, these types of "green fibers" have stood firmly on the "draught".

As one of the leaders of global differentiated polyester, Sheng Hong Group focuses on its regenerated polyester at the autumn and winter yarn exhibition. The reporter saw at the Sheng Hong Group's booth that the exterior wall of his booth was clearly playing the word "regeneration". In the central area of its booth, several transparent glass containers displayed recycled mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, regenerated slices and other raw materials, giving buyers a direct demonstration of the contribution of recycled fiber to the circular economy. Reporters learned that Sheng Hong group of products have already passed the "green fiber" logo certification.

Sheng Hong, vice director of marketing, told reporters that Sheng Hong group began producing regenerated polyester in May 2018. Over the past 1 years, the demand for downstream products and the production of recycled polyester fabrics have increased rapidly. When the company first started producing regenerated polyester, its output was about 5 tons per day. During the Spring Festival of 2019, the demand of foreign trade customers increased rapidly. At that time, the output of Sheng Hong recycled polyester fiber increased to 25 tons per day. In the next few months, the monthly output per day basically increased by 10 tons.
Since the beginning of this year, WAL-MART and IKEA have become the customers of Sheng Hong recycled polyester, among which WAL-MART is generally designated as fabric weaving manufacturer. With the rapid growth of downstream demand, the daily output of Sheng Hong recycled polyester has increased to 80 tons this year. The total capacity of the recycled polyester fiber is expected to be 25000 tons this year. It is understood that IKEA has made relevant plans. By 2020, 70% of the polyester fiber used will be recycled polyester.
"During the Spring Festival of 2019, the company received the regenerated orders mainly from foreign trade customers, and a large number of orders from Vietnam, and more orders from Korea. I have been to some textile weaving factories in Busan, South Korea. Although their fabric businesses are small in scale, they are using advanced equipment and leading management level. It can be said that after the Spring Festival of 2019, the order volume of the company's recycled polyester has explode. At present, using the 8 words of "global environmental protection and universal regeneration" can basically summarize the needs of the big environment. At the same time, the rapid growth of the recycled retail fiber used by the downstream retail brands has also prompted the company to develop and produce recycled polyester. " Ji Guoliang said.
Ji Guoliang further stated that Sheng Hong Group has been highly competitive in the differentiation of primary polyester, but in fact, in addition to the large scale production of primary polyester, the company has been producing an annual output of 100 thousand tons of slice spinning production equipment, which is used to produce differentiated niche polyester products that customers need. At present, the company adopts the physical method to produce regenerated polyester, which is used in this slice spinning production device. The company purchased and regenerated slices for self spinning.
Many domestic nylon leading companies have begun to enter the field of recycled nylon. The leaders of two nylon leading enterprises interviewed by reporters said that at present, many foreign customers are very concerned about regenerated nylon, because recycled fabrics occupy a certain proportion in their product composition. Some domestic weavers are also paying attention to recycled fiber, because their fabrics are sold to foreign markets.
Headquartered in Fujian, wing Rong Holdings Limited is one of the leading enterprises in the domestic nylon industry, and owns well-known nylon enterprises such as Jinjiang Technology Co., Ltd. Huang Yongchun, deputy general manager of nylon Business Department of Yung Wing Holdings Limited, said that by the end of this year, the production of regenerated nylon can be achieved mass production, and the annual output is expected to be 8000 tons ~1 million tons, and the products will be mainly used for export.
Model on wing wing holdings.
The production technology of regenerated polyester is relatively mature in China, but the production technology of regenerated nylon is still at the initial stage in China. Overall, recycled fiber is a major trend of development, which is also a manifestation of corporate social responsibility. At present, some large brands abroad require us to have some regenerated nylon products. It can be said that in the face of the general trend, enterprises must step out sooner or later. Huang Yongchun said.
Yiwu huatin nylon Limited by Share Ltd is also one of the leading enterprises in China's Nylon industry. Some of its nylon products have also passed the "green fiber" logo certification. Tan Yankun, deputy general manager of the company, said: "the company is developing regenerated nylon, and many downstream customers have come to the company to make an inquiry. If the product is produced, customers will be able to place the order immediately. The raw materials used in the production of recycled nylon are made from waste silk produced by oneself.
According to the introduction, it is expected that at the end of this year or early next year, the regenerated nylon of Huating can achieve mass production, and the annual output will be 2000 tons ~3000 tons, and the company has purchased new granulating equipment for this purpose. "If the regenerated nylon is developed and produced smoothly, the company will turn its waste silk into regenerated nylon. The company only put on a set of equipment in advance, if it goes smoothly, the next equipment will increase to 3 sets. Tan Yankun said.
The reporter interviewed the heads of two nylon enterprises and learned that the waste nylon fibers produced before the company were generally sold to the granulation plant abroad, and the granulation plant bought the waste polyamide silk and made it into engineering plastics. Through the development and production of recycled nylon, waste nylon fibers can basically be recycled and "digested", but also better control product quality, thereby further improving the company's resource utilization and operation efficiency of the industrial chain, so that the company's regenerated nylon cost has more advantages, and is conducive to the further improvement of the company's overall competitiveness.
The reporter also found on the booth of another nylon leading enterprise Xinhui Mei Da, the company displayed many recycled nylon fabrics. It is understood that the new Hui Mei Da recycled nylon has achieved mass production.

When the outlet of recycled chemical fiber has arrived, when many original biochemical fiber tap are aiming at the new outlet of recycled fiber, will the next step bring about a change in the competitive structure of domestic recycled fiber market? Will it speed up the reshuffle of the recycled fiber market? It is expected that in 5 years, the market will give an answer. Let's wait and see.
Why do they all "lust"?
There is also a coloring product for raw liquid, which is connected with the outlet of recycling.
Environmental protection can be regarded as a top priority for the development of industrial enterprises at the same time, which is related to the survival of enterprises. Traditional printing and dyeing has the characteristics of water consumption and energy consumption. In recent years, news of weaving and printing and dyeing enterprises that were shut down due to pollution problems occurred frequently. This can save or reduce the dyeing and dyeing of fibers.
The coloring of raw liquor refers to the addition of suitable coloring agents to the spinning solution, which is fully mixed, dissolved and filtered, and can also be injected into coloring or coloring raw materials quantitatively before entering the spinneret. "No coloring, even better" - you can use these 6 words to generalize the best part of it simply and clearly.
Because of its outstanding characteristics, these non dyed fibers have been developing rapidly in various sub industries such as polyester, nylon, regenerated cellulose fiber and regenerated polyester in the past two years. Many enterprises' non dyed fibers have been certified by "green fiber" logo. However, when the draught has come, the pace of enterprise development varies.
Many enterprises' non dyed fibers were certified by "green fiber" logo.
Sheng Hong, deputy director of marketing at Sheng Hong, introduces the production of chromatic fibers, including black and colored polyester, in the 100 thousand ton / year sliced spinning line of Sheng Hong, with an annual capacity of about 25 thousand tons.
According to the introduction, black does not contain. The annual production of Sheng Hong's colored yarn is about 2000 tons, mainly based on customer's demand.
The orders for raw coloring fibers are relatively high, and their fabrics are mainly used in automotive interior and outdoor areas, such as BMW car seat jackets. Therefore, the color fastness of dyed polyester fiber is very high. To meet this high demand, the company will purchase imported masterbatch from German or American companies. " Ji Guoliang said.
Headquartered in Fujian wing wing Holdings Limited, some of the original liquor coloured nylon has also passed the "green fiber" logo certification.
Huang Yongchun, deputy general manager of nylon Business Department of Yung Wing Holdings Limited, introduced the company's output of coloring polyamide in 2018. Its output is about 2000 tons ~3000 tons, including "Jinkang yarn". The products are mainly exported to Guangdong and other markets, and are used in knitting and warp knitting fields. Among them, the emerging group is one of the main buyers.
Nylon terminal products displayed by wing wing holdings.
According to the introduction, some products of Xinxing Group have gradually used the "Kam Kang yarn" tag, which is a "identity document" which indicates that its products have green environmental characteristics, and has become an important reason for its downstream customers to purchase their products. In July of this year, Jinjiang science and technology had applied to the SAIC for the qualification to use the "Kam Kang yarn" tag.
"In 2017, we just started making colored yarns, and the output in 2018 grew very fast. The output in the first 9 months of this year has already been about 4000 tons, and the output is increasing very obviously." Huang Yongchun said, "we have bought more than ten masterbatch to add equipment. Next, we will decide whether to continue buying according to the actual needs of customers."
At the same time, the output of Yung Wing holdings liquor dyed black nylon in 2018 was about 5000 tons, mainly exported to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and other countries. Among them, the POY accounts for about 80% of the black silk exported, and then the shells were added to these countries, and the proportion of DTY was about 20%. In addition, FDY black silk sold in the domestic market has about 1000 tons of ~2000 tons per year.
The pursuit of low carbon and environmental protection in all walks of life is the general trend. Many weavers, as well as major retailers and footwear brands, are now pursuing green, sustainable and low-carbon environmental protection. Because the dyeing process can be omitted or reduced, the water consumption in the post processing step is lower, the COD emission is lower, and it has the environmental protection property. Using the raw liquor coloring fiber will be a development trend in the future. Its market sales volume will continue to grow, and the coloring process will also gradually enter the major sub categories.
The colored coloured nylon produced by Yiwu Huading nylon Limited by Share Ltd is mainly black silk products, and also includes some colored silk. In 2018, the total output of its colored liquid nylon was about 3000 tons.
Hua Ding stock uses imported masterbatch to purchase slices and spin itself. Although the yarn produced by the company was mainly sold to the domestic market in 2018, the demand for foreign customers began to increase this year.
Tan Yankun, deputy general manager of Yiwu huting polyamide Limited by Share Ltd, said: "this year, orders for some colored yarn from South American customers have started to take off. From the general trend, the development of colored yarn is a major trend, and its demand will definitely continue to grow in the future. Downstream customers are generally more recognised for colored silk, and it is only a matter of slowing down or faster.
However, in the interview, several guests also said that at present, the color of the fabric dyed with colored silk is different from that dyed with traditional dyes, and the color fastness also needs to be improved. For example, during the finishing process, the coloring of the dyed polyester fabric under high temperature will result in color transfer. At the same time, the amount of colored silk downstream is limited, and the cost of producing small batch of colored silk in chemical fiber enterprises is also high. All of these affect the application of color silk to a certain extent.
But next, with the increasing application of colored yarn in the downstream, the existing technical problems will gradually be solved. By then, the demand for colored silk will grow rapidly.
"As long as downstream enterprises have needs, chemical fiber enterprises will have input. As time goes on, the existing problems of color silk will be overcome. " Tan Yankun is confident of the future market of yarn.
Tan Yankun also said that Huating stock has always regarded green development as a strategy in execution. While producing green products, the company is also sparing no effort in energy conservation, emission reduction and green production, and strictly implements relevant national standards for the discharge of waste water and exhaust gas.
"When it comes to green products, it can be said that fibers with thermal storage function are also a green product, because clothing made from heat storage fibers will be more warm and consumers can wear thinner clothes, which is also a reflection of green and low carbon. Overall, the chemical fiber industry is currently upgrading the industry. How to further improve the efficiency of the value chain and how to better serve the customers through automation, information technology and new technology is a direction of industrial upgrading. Tan Yankun said.
Degradation has the future.
"There will be only two kinds of fibers in the future, one is fiber that can realize closed-loop recycling, and the other is degradable fiber." Wang Huaping, vice president of Donghua University Research Institute, has simply and forcefully demonstrated the future development of chemical fiber products.
The textile fabric displayed by the green textile company of China Textile Institute.
When the concept of green, low carbon and sustainable development sweeps across all walks of life in the world, how to reduce consumption of petroleum resources as much as possible, diversify the structure of raw materials and achieve sustainable and green development is an important topic before the chemical fiber industry in China in the new era. One of the most fundamental solutions is to vigorously develop raw materials derived from natural products and biodegradable chemical fibers from finished products.
Among them, the Lyocell fiber is a "star product" in the category of regenerated cellulose fiber, and belongs to one of the bio based chemical fibers. In recent years, Lesel fiber has achieved rapid development in China, and domestic technology has achieved breakthroughs, and the downstream application market has also expanded rapidly.
So, what is the current development of domestic products? What is the actual operation, product development and application expansion of production enterprises? How does the enterprise view its future market potential?
The localization of Lesel fiber in China has gone through a process and finally achieved technological breakthroughs.
He Yanli, vice president of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, said: "the high quality development and green development of China's chemical fiber industry will help to promote the overall development level of the textile industry from the source. Lesel fiber is considered to be one of the representative products of "green fiber" because of its sustainable source of raw materials, closed cycle of production process, excellent wearability and degradation. In recent years, promoting the localization of the fiber has become one of the important tasks to promote the green development of the chemical fiber industry.
At present, the enterprises that have mass produced the steel in China include: Baoding Swan New Fiber Manufacturing Co., Ltd., its annual capacity is 30 thousand tons; Shandong Yingli Industrial Co., Ltd. has an annual capacity of 15 thousand tons; the China Textile Institute Green Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China spinning green fiber") has an annual capacity of 30 thousand tons. In addition, Sanyou chemical fiber and other enterprises also set foot in this field.
Baoding Swan New Fiber Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been trying to build Lesel's own brand "Yuan Si" in recent years. Baoding Swan has broken through the key technologies of Lesel fiber industrialization, such as cellulose activation, cellulose dissolution, cellulose /NMMO glue dry wet spinning, fiber refining and solvent recovery. It has mastered the development and manufacture of key technology and equipment of Lesel fiber production, and has formed independent intellectual property rights. Its key technologies such as film evaporation and dissolving, dry spraying wet spinning, solvent recovery, fiber fibrillation processing have reached the international advanced level. In January 2014, its annual output of 15 thousand tons was officially launched, and the industrialization of yuan silk was successfully realized. At present, its annual capacity has increased to 30 thousand tons.
Yuan silk products have been in short supply in recent years.
The raw material of yuan silk is regenerated pure wood, which is produced by closed physical dissolution. It is a physical process that cellulose first dissolves and precipitates in organic solvents. There is no chemical reaction during the period. In production, non-toxic and harmless organic solvents are used, and 99% of the solvents can be recycled. The products can be naturally degraded or burned into carbon dioxide and water after being discarded, which is green and environmental friendly. According to introduction, yuan silk series yarns include Yuan Si Pu twist yarn, strong twist yarn, vinegar Tencel, Tianlong yarn, Mona yarn and so on.
Gao Jun, assistant general manager of Baoding Swan New Fiber Manufacturing Co., Ltd. said that since 2016, the sales volume of yuan silk has increased rapidly, and is in short supply. At present, the company is accelerating the construction of new projects to expand production, so as to further seize the opportunity for rapid growth of the demand market.
Liu Jian, assistant general manager of China Textile Research Institute Limited and deputy general manager of green textile company of China Textile Institute, said that China textile green fiber has independent independent industrial technology of intellectual property rights, and the whole set of equipment is made domestically, and the overall technology is mature, reaching the international advanced level. In December 2018, the company's annual production of 30 thousand tons of new solvent cellulose cellulose industrial production line was successfully put into operation. 3 years ahead of schedule, we completed the industrial plan of "13th Five-Year" to build a single line annual output of 30 thousand tons of imported fiber. From last December to the end of September this year, its output has reached about 30 thousand tons, which fully demonstrates the strong demand for downstream market.
According to Liu Jian, the China Textile Institute is one of the shareholders of China Textile and green textile. For example, the Central Plains Branch mainly studies yarn research and provides an integrated yarn solution; the Zhejiang branch is mainly responsible for the research of yarn to weaving, printing and dyeing and finishing; Jinjiang branch is mainly responsible for the research of retail brand end.
"For example, we have a spinning experimental machine to test the characteristics of the spinning process of swirl fibers, such as vortex spinning, air spinning, ring spinning, compact Siro spinning, and find out and solve some problems that may be encountered in spinning. In the face of the yarn factory, we can not only supply Lesel fiber, but also tell our customers how to use our fiber spinning effect to achieve the best. We will provide a complete solution of Lesel fiber spinning. Relying on various resources advantages of China Textile Institute, we are not only the source of Lesel fiber supplier, but also provide a set of solutions for the development and application of Lesel fiber, which can provide the core services of Lesel fiber industry chain and whole process technology. We have strong technical advantages and service advantages, which is our core competitiveness. Liu Jian said.
Reporters recently interviewed at the 2019 China International Textile yarn (Qiu Dong) exhibition also found that China spun green fiber not only showed a variety of Lesel fibers, but also displayed the series of fabrics and beautiful clothing for men and women and other clothing products, reflecting the application of Lesel fiber in the downstream, with overall expressive force. The reporter understands that at present, many spinning factories in Shandong, Fujian, Zhejiang and Jiangsu are all users of China spinning green fiber Lesel fiber.
According to another introduction, in February 2019, the annual output of 60 thousand tons of China's spun green fiber total investment of 60 thousand tons of the industrial project has been launched. The construction period is expected to be 18 months, and will be driven in June next year. At that time, China spinning green fiber will form an annual production regulation of 100 thousand tons of Xinxiang's fiber. Moreover, the goal of China's spun green fiber is more than that. The company has worked out a development plan for annual production of 500 thousand tons of fiber.
Bio based chemical fibers and their raw materials are important components of China's strategic emerging bio based materials industry. They are characterized by green, environmentally friendly, renewable materials and biodegradation. The bio based chemical fibers mainly include regenerated cellulose fiber, polylactic acid fiber, chitosan fiber, alginate fiber, acetate fiber and so on.
Lesel yarn and fabric displayed in China Textile Institute Green Fiber Co., Ltd.
Among them, the fiber is known as "twenty-first Century green fiber", is China's "12th Five-Year" and "13th Five-Year" period of key research and development projects.
The gradual upgrading of the consumer market gives Lesel broad room for growth in the future. With the upgrading of the consumer market, consumers' demand for fiber comfort is getting higher and higher, and the sensitivity to costs has declined. At the same time, the concept of consumers is changing and more and more emphasis on environmental value.
"IKEA, H&M and other brands are increasingly emphasizing the concept of green, environmental protection and sustainability. Consumers are increasingly paying attention to the" three concepts "of brands, such as whether a brand product can reflect environmental protection. Under this trend, Lesel fiber is promising. Liu Jian said.
At the same time, from the perspective of the substitution of synthetic fibers such as natural fibers, cotton and polyester, from the perspective of sustainable development of chemical fiber industry, the development potential of the bio based chemical fiber industry, which is represented by the imported fiber, is also limitless.
In 2018, the output of China's chemical fiber was 50 million 110 thousand tons, accounting for 73.5% of the world's total chemical fiber output. About 90% of the chemical fiber products are petroleum based synthetic fibers, which means that the development of industry is greatly restricted by the shortage of petroleum resources. Against this background, promoting the adjustment of raw material structure and changing the way of industrial development in China's textile and chemical fiber industry has become a major development strategy. The development of raw materials derived from natural bio based chemical fibers will help solve the serious problems of resources and energy shortage and environmental pollution in the current economic and social development.
Polyester has always been the "oldest" of chemical fibers. In 2018, the output of global polyester was about 65 million tons. But with the rapid development of polyester industry, the topic of "micro plastic pollution" has been widely discussed in recent years.
Duan Xiaoping, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation and President of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, said before that, in order to promote green development in the future, the chemical fiber industry must continue to vigorously develop recycled fiber, new solvent method, regenerated cellulose fiber, polylactic acid fiber and degradable fiber.
Yu Jianyong, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and President of Donghua University, also pointed out that if we want to fundamentally solve the problem of "micro plastic", we must vigorously develop degradable materials. However, he also pointed out that in view of the actual situation, biodegradable materials need a long process to completely replace petroleum based chemical fiber products. In this process, it is very important to vigorously develop recycled fiber.
Liu Jian pointed out that cotton cultivation needs to occupy a certain amount of arable land. In the future, the cotton fiber will maintain a relatively stable interval value in the total amount of fiber processing, and the growth of fiber will mainly be chemical fiber. In the growth of chemical fiber consumption, the growth of petroleum based chemical fibers is relatively limited due to the shortage of oil resources. Compared with that, the biodegradable fiber has great potential for growth. Raw materials come from nature, and there is no good prospect for the "fiber and cotton competition" problem.
In fact, from the current market performance, whether it is pure yarn or blended yarn, in recent years, Lesel yarn has been widely used in sweaters, jackets, trousers and other categories. For example, the use of the summer fabric in summer jeans makes jeans thinner, more color and draping, and has good air permeability. The rapid growth of the sales volume of yarn enterprises can also confirm the growth of this market from the side.
Jiangsu mutual Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is a main spin yarn spinning enterprise. In 2018, the sales volume of the domestic Lex yarn reached 18 thousand tons, and its sales exceeded 500 million yuan. Its yarn products have been applied in home textiles, jeans, knitted, dyed fabrics, corduroy and other fields.
"In the next 3~5 years, the demand for Lesel yarn will show explosive growth." Ren Changbang, chairman of Jiangsu mutual Textile Technology Co., Ltd. has made such a prediction.
