Today, the China Apparel Association has held the 2019 China Fashion Convention and the two China Council of clothing association seven in the innovative city of fashion capital Shenzhen. Industry experts and entrepreneurs have jointly discussed the development of China's garment industry and studied the trend of industrial innovation and transformation.

The theme of this conference is "ten aspects of facing new changes and moving towards high quality". It briefly explains the current situation and environment of the development of the industry, and points out the goals and direction of the development of the industry. General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that China is in the best development period since modern times, and the world is in a great change in the past century. The two countries are intertwined and surged together. This is an important strategic judgment made by the general secretary to the current situation. In the transition period from industrial civilization to information civilization, the situation at home and abroad is undergoing profound and complicated changes. First, the international economic pattern has undergone major changes. Since twenty-first Century, the emerging market countries represented by China have risen collectively. In 2010, China surpassed the United States as the world's largest manufacturing country, and surpassed Japan as the second largest economy in the world in the same year.

It has promoted the development of the international pattern in a more balanced direction, and has also caused anxiety in traditional developed countries.

Secondly, the new technology industry revolution is being nurtured. The wide application of Internet technology and the innovative application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality are changing the way of life and production of human beings in depth. Big changes mean greater challenges and more opportunities. From the perspective of challenges, we believe that the entrepreneurs here are most deeply felt. The current economic globalization process is challenged. Trade protectionism takes the place of free trade principles. Sino US economic and trade frictions are affecting the layout of the global industrial supply chain, slowing economic growth in the world, weakening domestic and foreign demand, increasing the pressure of economic downturn, and increasing business difficulties. While facing challenges and facing challenges, we should also see opportunities for development and see our advantages.

First, we have a huge domestic market, with 1 billion 400 million people earning nearly nine thousand dollars per capita, and the domestic market capacity will be bigger and bigger. This provides us with the basic guarantee for changing situations.

Two, we have an independent and complete industrial system and an increasingly independent technological innovation system, which provides strong support for us to grasp the changing situation.

Three, we must persist in reform and opening up. China has formed close development interests community with more and more countries. With the in-depth implementation of the "one belt and one way" initiative, it will further promote the liberalization and facilitation of international trade and investment, further develop diversified markets, and provide strategic depth for us to adapt to changes. In the period of great adjustment, we have reason to maintain our strategic strength and strengthen our confidence. According to the nineteen major reports, China's economy has shifted from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage. As a garment industry full of market competition, adapting to the new situation and constantly adjusting and upgrading, China Apparel Association has done a lot of fruitful work in promoting technological progress, creative design, brand building and global supply chain layout. The Chinese Garment Association has made technological breakthroughs in the "China garment intelligent manufacturing technology innovation strategic alliance", and the large-scale customization mode has been applied in garment enterprises, and a large number of intelligent manufacturing lines have been built. At the same time, a number of excellent enterprises and famous brands set up production bases around the world, focusing on advanced technology, brand, fashion design and marketing network, and made international mergers and acquisitions successful. The development and achievements of these works are improving the quality, structure and efficiency of China's garment industry, and are also leading the high quality development of Chinese clothing. The Department of consumer goods of the Ministry of industry and information technology will continue to support the China Apparel Association and the vast majority of garment enterprises. It is hoped that China Apparel Association and the majority of garment enterprises will adapt to the situation and strengthen their confidence in promoting the high quality development of the garment industry.
