According to the Vietnam intelligence report, the Vietnamese environment administration received a document from Vietnam Textile Co., Ltd. on halting giant textile dye projects in the Industrial Zone No. 2 of Taiyuan Province, on the grounds that it was unable to meet the environmental requirements for waste disposal. This project has always been the focus of public opinion.
