There are three kinds of products in Wuxi Yichang's participation in the yarn exhibition. The first one is the flagship product, the classic products are pure cotton, characterized by high branches, all from 60S~300S, the second is environment-friendly fashion products mainly based on regenerated cellulosic fibers, and the third one is for the products of the green products, such as regenerated polyester, BCI cotton, and other functional materials, such as cotton, linen, spun silk and special fibers.
At the moment, we feel that the trend of high-end consumption in China is very obvious. The demand for high quality yarns is growing, and the products are from cotton as the main body to functional fiber and diversified combination. From the perspective of industry development, the characteristics of technology, fashion, green, pluralism and functionality will become more prominent. In the past, our products were mainly cotton, and now half of the products are featured by fashion, function and so on.
Sino US trade friction has brought a lot of uncertainties. Wuxi cotton can not be alone. The prominent problem in the industry is homogenization competition, especially in the field of pure cotton yarn products. A raw material to improve product quality
Xinjiang Fuli Zhen Lun Co., Ltd. is located in Korla, Xinjiang. It is jointly invested by Zhongtai group and Suzhou Zhen Lun. Viscose yarn is the main product. At present, we have 180 eddy spinning, 24 automatic air spinning, 120 thousand spindle ring spinning, 120 thousand spindles compact spinning, and Nissan viscose yarn nearly 500 tons.
All along, we insist on a material to the end, focus on the production of viscose yarn. At this exhibition, our products include 10S~60S ring spinning, Siro compact spinning, vortex spinning, rotor spinning, slub yarn.
This year, the entire spinning industry is facing some difficulties. Xinjiang Fuli Zhen Lun has also made corresponding adjustments: first, to reduce production costs through internal management; the two is to stabilize product quality and increase market share; the three is to adjust the product mix; the average yarn from the former 25S is adjusted to 30S, 40S and above products account for 40% of the total; by adjusting the product structure to reduce raw material inventory, in order to cope with market changes. The planning capacity of Xinjiang Fuli Zhen Lun is 2 million yuan. This year, because of the poor external market, the plan has been pushed back for the time being, but the total planning target of the 2 million spindles has not changed.

Identify product positioning and improve internal strength of enterprises
There are two main products in this exhibition. One is Pima cotton series, which has good gloss and abrasion resistance after dyeing. It is also the trump card product of Sanyang. Two is the knitted fabric developed by ourselves, including water-soluble spinning, single mercerizing and double mercerized knitted fabric, so as to adapt to the current trend. Since Pima cotton is the main product, under the current Sino US trade friction environment, the cost of raw materials has naturally become a factor for enterprises to consider. However, the Pima cotton series of Sanyang textile belongs to the processing trade type product, which is not affected by trade friction, while the domestic Pima cotton products are few, which is good for us.
At present, Sanyang textile has 500 thousand spindles and 10 thousand air streams. The annual output of high yield cotton yarn is 40 thousand tons, the output of the stock line is 15 thousand tons, and the rotor spinning is 8000 tons. In the development, it always adheres to the development concept of "strengthening internal and external integration, focusing on high-end, leading development", and sticks to the industrial development path of combing spinning, making characteristics, serving high-end, green and natural. This is the reason why Sanyang textile has gained a firm foothold in the market for many years.
Since the second half of this year, the industry generally reflects the market downturn and the pressure of enterprise survival. This phenomenon is caused by two reasons: "internal worry" and "foreign invasion". "Internal causes" are relative surplus of domestic production capacity. "Foreign aggression" is caused by Sino US trade friction, which eventually leads to the loss of orders and industrial transfer.
