The National Printing And Dyeing Industry Energy Conservation And Environmental Protection Annual Meeting Is Concerned About The Big Problems In The Industry.
In order to further promote the energy conservation and environmental protection work in the printing and dyeing industry, in October 30th, the 2019 national printing and dyeing industry energy conservation and environmental protection annual meeting was held in Sheyang, Sheyang, sponsored by the China printing and dyeing industry association and the Jiangsu County People's government. This conference focuses on energy conservation and environmental protection policies, processes, equipment and pollution control. The general assembly also issued the thirteenth batch of recommended catalogue of advanced technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in China's printing and dyeing industry, some of which are the first to be exchanged and promoted.
Environmental policy tightened, forcing enterprises to upgrade
Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, said at the meeting that green development and sustainable development have become a consensus in the global textile industry. "At present, the textile industry is moving towards the transformation of high-performance, high-performance chemical fibers and bio based fibers, high-performance industrial textiles, intelligent manufacturing key technologies and key technologies of green manufacturing. Among them, the most closely related to the printing and dyeing industry is the promotion and application of the key technologies of green manufacturing, and the printing and dyeing industry has taken the lead in this regard.
"The digitalization, networking and intellectualization of intelligent manufacturing should be developing step by step. Enterprises should not unilaterally regard the intelligent workshop as an intelligent workshop." According to the key points of environmental protection work in the future, Li Ling Shen suggests that we should constantly improve the environmental protection system and governance system and realize the supervision system of the whole production process. Through scientific and technological innovation and technological research and development, we should promote the popularization and application of the key common technology and utility technology as indicated by the national macroscopic road map, and promote the whole industry's technology level with the application of intelligent technology; further strengthen the sense of social responsibility and the five development concepts of the whole industry, and transform it into industry action, enterprise action, enterprise value and management concept, so as to push the sustainable green development of the industry with high quality.
Li Yanping, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, also analyzed the challenges and paths of green development in the printing and dyeing industry under the new situation. She said that the current printing and dyeing industry has the characteristics of large volume of industry, concentration of industrial layout, large volume of industrial emissions, long industrial chain, large difference between enterprises, uneven level and so on. With the tightening of the national environmental policy, the printing and dyeing industry is facing the new situation of "cleaner production industry", the list of the "three major campaigns" of environmental protection, and the whole process of emission permit implementation. "Enterprises must control from the end to the whole process, turn to the prevention and control of the source, and make strict environmental management and technological innovation in accordance with the cleaner production evaluation index system." She emphasized.
At present, the state's requirements for printing and dyeing wastewater are more and more stringent. At present, the national standard "water pollutant discharge standard for textile industry", which is drafted by the Ministry of ecology and environment and the State Administration of market supervision, has been consulted.
Gao Ming, senior manager of bavis commodity inspection (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. analyzed this. In the 17 assessment items of the new standard, there are 6 indicators, including total phosphorus, aniline, six valent chromium, AOX, acute toxicity of Daphnia magna and acute toxicity of luminescent bacteria, which relate to the international regulatory requirements of toxic and harmful substances in textile products. Six items of wastewater assessment involve 10 kinds of substances in the international regulations of toxic and harmful substances in textile products. Therefore, enterprises should increase the treatment of AOX, especially in the process of printing and dyeing, such as pretreatment of AOX, dyeing of organochlorine carriers, and AOX in the finishing process, especially in AOX.
Explore green difficulties and solve environmental problems
There is no doubt that the printing and dyeing industry is facing a great change, and the regulatory standards are further standardized. To this end, in this session, a number of enterprises responsible persons share the latest academic achievements and industrial application results, and promote the exchange and integration of industry theory and practice.
Zhang Xuegen, manager of equipment department of Sheng Hong Group Co., Ltd. made a detailed interpretation of the key technologies of low cost treatment and efficient recycling of printing and dyeing wastewater, and introduced the treatment and practical application of Sheng Hong printing and dyeing wastewater. He said that the textile industry must adapt to the development requirements of the new era, and the wastewater treatment and reuse technology in the printing and dyeing industry is the key to the sustainable development of the textile industry.
"At present, printing and dyeing wastewater has many bottlenecks, such as large quantity of waste water, complex components, difficult treatment, high cost and low reuse rate, which is facing the problem of high energy consumption and low water production rate. Therefore, it is urgent to develop an integrated technology with low energy consumption and high reuse rate. Zhang Xuegen said that the technology developed by Sheng Hong can optimize the 3 links of the pretreatment, biological treatment, membrane treatment system in the wastewater treatment system respectively, and achieve 6 optimization objectives of physicochemical treatment cost reduction, sludge reduction, aeration energy consumption reduction, simplification of membrane technology flow, increase of reuse rate of reclaimed water and optimization of production water allocation, achieving the goal of low cost and high recovery rate of printing and dyeing wastewater. It is understood that the technology has been identified as the leading international level by scientific achievements in China spinning.
Zhang Yugao, director of research and development of Guangdong Yida Textile Co., Ltd. pointed out that less water and less waste water is the key to the emission problem. For this purpose, the 5 three year targets that have been implemented have been actively innovating, developing and applying new green dyeing and finishing technologies by reducing the ratio, continuous and automatic ignition equipment, reducing water use and achieving remarkable results in energy conservation and emission reduction. "The company is still developing new anhydrous dyeing technology, using reactive dyes without water dyeing technology, dyeing without washing." Zhang Yugao said that Yida attaches great importance to sustainable development. Every year, the company will update its briefing on sustainable development, and Vietnam will become a green production case of the "green belt development case study report" by the Ministry of ecology and environment. It affirms the commitment to achieve sustainable development by introducing innovative technology, optimizing equipment trial and reducing resource consumption.
"Stringent emission policies and regulations have put forward new requirements for the development of the industry. High water consumption and high pollution seriously restrict the development of the textile and dyeing industry. It is urgent to adopt deep recycling technology to achieve near zero emission of printing and dyeing." Xu Yinong, general manager of Zhejiang Jinmao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., also introduced the latest research and development technology of enterprises.
Xu Yinong said that for the demand of low energy consumption and low cost for textile dyeing and printing, the energy-saving membrane device developed by the company can carry out the key technology of HMF+NF double membrane integration, which can reduce operation energy consumption, form short process technology and reduce investment cost, and provide a new way for printing and dyeing wastewater reclamation and engineering popularization. Among them, the high level of membrane product preparation and application technology for the company twice won the two prize of national technology invention.
