Wei Guofeng said that Haining is a city of human resources and a thriving industry. It is a pilot city of "China made 2025 Zhejiang operations". Among them, Zhejiang Haining warp knitting industrial park is one of the four major economic development platforms in our city. As early as 2009, the park was identified by the Ministry of industry and commerce as the first batch of new industrialization demonstration bases with industrial textiles. Chen Siqi introduced the development course of the textile optical technology education foundation. Its predecessor was the "Qian Zhi Guang science and technology education fund" established in 1996. The funds of the foundation came from donations from enterprises and institutions. Now more than 200 enterprises have contributed to the foundation. So far, the foundation has received about 210 million yuan of donated funds and materials, and its net assets reached 126 million yuan at the end of 2018. By the end of 2018, the foundation has supported and rewarded 1386 Textile Science and technology awards, 101 innovative contribution awards for knitted underwear, 3851 outstanding teachers and students, 1228 outstanding teaching achievement awards, 205 technical experts in the national textile industry, supported 55 basic applied research projects, and supported 201 scientific and technological achievements promotion projects. Then, Professor Ma Pibo of Jiangnan University brought the special report "key technology and industrialization of large spacing aeration materials production", focusing on the characteristics of spacer fabrics with super spaced warp knitted fabrics and the cases and trends in the application of spaced and spaced composite materials in sports entertainment and national defense rescue. "This project has played a positive role in demonstrating the healthy and sustainable development of China's textile technology, and has also provided a direction for the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises in China."
