The textile quality management innovation award was launched by China Textile Information Center, aiming at improving product quality and management level, enhancing core competitiveness of enterprises and industries, and setting up a model for quality management in textile industry. A total of 142 raw materials and accessories, garment enterprises application form and related samples were collected from the whole country, and 130 enterprises that met the accreditation criteria were selected. 3-5 products were tested according to the assessment requirements, with a pass rate of 100%. According to the comprehensive evaluation of declared materials and test results, 48 awarding enterprises were finally evaluated. Among them, there are 22 garment enterprises, 26 raw materials and accessories enterprises.

At the Thirteenth National Forum on textile and apparel standards and quality management held in the evening, "the Tai Chi stone night" awards ceremony, the organizers held a grand ceremony for 48 companies that won 2019 quality management innovation awards. Among them, 22 garment enterprises such as YOUNGOR clothing manufacturing Co., Ltd. were awarded the "2019 annual textile quality management innovation award", and 26 raw materials and accessories enterprises such as Shandong Wei Qiao special printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. were awarded the "2019 textile quality management innovation award".
