In 1983, Hong Zhaoyang, 20, followed his father to enter the family textile company. He opened the door to the textile industry and opened his career.

Instead, he dreams of himself and bravely goes to his own business. On the road of Hong Zhaoyang's pioneering work, he had to mention a person, Chen Cangsong, who had unlimited love for the textile industry as he did. Hong Zhaoyang told reporters that in 2000, he chimed in with Chen Cangsong and founded the Hongyuan Textile Mill. "At that time, the hottest part of Quanzhou was the textile and garment industry, but there was no scale spinning plant. The yarn of textile and clothing raw materials all depended on outward shipment. The establishment of Hongyuan Textile Factory has changed this situation. It has become the first cotton mill in Quanzhou. Recalling the glory of that time, Hong Zhaoyang was very excited.

"Hongyuan" takes its grand long-term significance. How to make the enterprise truly grand and long-term has always been Hong Zhaoyang's thinking. At the beginning of his business, he realized that technological innovation is the root of the survival of enterprises. From the production of conventional yarns, fabrics, to the development of new products with high functionality and high added value, and then to the national science and technology support program "solvent spinning of bamboo fiber industrialization", and won the "two prize of national science and technology progress". In 2013, Hong Zhaoyang was attracted by the good business environment of Suqian. He founded Ao Si (China) Limited in Shuyang county and served as the chairman and President of the company. This is a strategic emerging enterprise integrating research, production and sales of high performance yarns, high-end fabrics, household textiles and industrial textiles. At that time, Hong Zhaoyang was 50 years old, but he still maintained the strength of his pioneering work. He devoted himself to the production and operation of the enterprise. He had to go to the production line almost every day. Hong Zhaoyang said firmly.
