Gucci'S Parent Company Opens Cloud To Buy High-End Brand Moncler
Beijing time 5, according to people familiar with the matter, Gucci's parent company and Kering, the second largest luxury goods company in France, are exploring talks on the acquisition of Italy's high-end feather clothing brand Moncler.
According to Wednesday's closing price, Moncler has a market capitalization of about 9 billion 800 million euros (US $10 billion 800 million).
According to sources, the negotiations between the two companies are still at a preliminary stage and can not guarantee a final conclusion.
