The company's annual production of 250 thousand sets of cabinet digital workshops and the JCTX300 kiloton carbon fiber production line were awarded the list of intelligent factories in Zhejiang digital workshop in 2019, and two awards of the first domestic (set) products in the key areas of Zhejiang's equipment manufacturing industry in 2020.

In mid November, the Zhejiang Provincial Office announced the list of intelligent factories in Zhejiang's digital workshop in 2019, and the 250 thousand year (set) cabinet digital workshop project of Jinggong technology was successfully selected.

According to the introduction, the digitalized workshop is based on the technology and equipment required by the production objects, and uses information technology, automation, measurement and control technology as the means, and uses data to connect different units of the workshop to plan, manage, diagnose and optimize the production and operation process. Intelligent factory is through system integration, data exchange, human-machine interaction, flexible manufacturing and information analysis and optimization means to realize the unified management and coordinated production of multiple digital workshops, and collect, analyze and make decisions on all kinds of production data of the workshop, and transmit the information to the digital workshop again to achieve precise, flexible, efficient and energy-saving production in the workshop.

The "Jinggong technology" annual production of 250 thousand sets of cabinet digital workshop project can meet the needs of enterprises to expand production capacity, help enterprises break through their own capacity bottlenecks, and better meet the market demand for various non-standard chassis shell, network cabinet, junction box, distribution cabinet, power cabinet and other sheet metal cabinet. Among them, the "JCTX300" kiloton carbon fiber production line independently developed by Jinggong technology is the first product in the province.

The first major technical equipment is the first (set) or first batch of equipment, system and core components with independent intellectual property rights, which has undergone major breakthroughs in innovation, variety, specifications or technical parameters. Through innovation and breakthroughs in technical barriers to core equipment such as pre oxidation furnace and carbonizing furnace, "Jinggong technology" has successfully developed the "1000 ton high performance carbon fiber equipment production line", which can fill the gap of domestic high-precision carbon fiber equipment, break the monopoly of foreign key core technologies, narrow the gap between China's carbon fiber industry and developed countries, and improve the production quality of domestic carbon fiber to some extent, and effectively reduce the production cost of the industry.
