The World'S Largest Styrene Plant Was Successfully Delivered In Dalian.
In December 18th, the world's largest styrene plant built by China Chemical Engineering eleventh Construction Co., Ltd. was held at the Hengli Petrochemical Project Department of Dalian. Hu Tiansheng, vice-president of Hengli Petrochemical Company, chief executive of Ge, and management staff of construction unit attended the ceremony.
Dalian Hengli 720 thousand ton / year styrene plant installed 236 units, 350 thousand processing pipes, 6000 tons of steel structure, 2 compressors, 1 steam superheaters. In the process of construction, Dalian Hengli project management team of eleven units is built to overcome all kinds of difficulties. Steel structure group, process piping installation, all night long, two shifts day and night, completed one of the objectives of the owners. The workload and the speed of construction are highly valued by the owners. The project was started in October 1, 2018 and handed in for 443 days in December 18, 2019.
The intermediate operation of the plant provides a precondition for the full drive of Dalian Hengli Petrochemical styrene unit. It lays the foundation for the full scale production and the future production capacity reaching the standard.
