Ganzhou Textile And Garment Industry Development Planning Expert Review Meeting Will Be Held

In order to promote the high quality and great leap forward development of the textile and garment industry in the city and create a hundred billion level textile and garment industrial cluster, according to the spirit of the three year plan for promoting the development of textile and garment industry in Ganzhou (2019-2021 years), Ganzhou launched the Ganzhou textile and garment industry development plan (2019-2023 years) in June this year. At present, the compilation work has taken shape. In the morning of December 20th, the expert evaluation of the planning will be held at the blue Pu hotel in Ganzhou.

Xie Baohe, deputy head of the leading group of the textile and garment industry belt and vice chairman of the CPPCC municipal committee, attended the meeting. At the meeting, the Planning Association, the China Textile Industry Enterprise Management Association, introduced the compilation of the plan; the experts made comments on the plan one by one, and put forward suggestions for improvement and improvement; five counties (cities) and relevant departments directly under the municipal government issued their own opinions on the planning combined with the actual situation of the region and department. Upon review, the expert group agreed to adopt the plan, and suggested that the units should further optimize the location, objectives and spatial layout according to the development characteristics of each county (city), refine the industrial division of labor, strengthen the operability of the tasks and measures at different stages, and supplement the key construction projects, and further modify and perfect the implementation according to the experts' opinions and suggestions of the participating experts.

Xie Baohe expressed his heartfelt thanks to the efforts made by the Planning Institute and the valuable opinions put forward by the accreditation experts to the plan and the development of Ganzhou's textile and garment industry. Xie Baohe stressed that "planning" is a guide for guiding the development of the textile and garment industry in the whole city, and is a programmatic document leading the transformation and upgrading of industries. First, the relevant counties (cities) should take this as an opportunity to plan carefully, and clarify the work ideas and key points of work in the process of planning and improving. The two is that all departments and counties (municipalities) directly under the municipal government should earnestly assist the establishment of the units to improve the planning formulation, and provide the revised opinions to the establishment units. Three, the establishment units should seize the time to further improve the planning, and communicate with experts in the process of modification, so as to absorb the valuable opinions of experts as far as possible. Four, the Municipal Textile and garment industry should seriously study and implement the timetable and operational plan of the planning, and guide the counties (cities) to make special plans and park development plans under the guidance of the plan. In the city, we should put forward the implementation plan and implement the opinions, and decompose the tasks. Every county (city) should introduce specific implementation plans, refine the annual targets and key tasks, so as to make the planning really play a role in promoting the high quality development of the textile and garment industry in the whole city.
