There are 86 textile and garment enterprises in the county, 67 of which are concentrated in the industrial cluster area, covering spinning, weaving, fabrics, clothing processing, and so on, forming a specialization division of labor, upstream and downstream cooperation, and the development of the whole industry chain. In the process of developing textile and garment industry, a large number of leading backbone enterprises with large scale, good efficiency and strong competitiveness have been formed. Driven by leading enterprises, large enterprises support small and medium-sized enterprises to allocate orders, SMEs and their supporting linkage, textile and garment industry quality and efficiency continue to improve. In recent years, we have re emphasized a number of breakthrough projects with high technology content, strong innovation ability, and able to lead the development of the industry. At the same time, scale blowing enterprises, such as blowing carding, automatic winding, compact spinning, air-jet loom and so on, are widely introduced to further improve the industrial chain and upgrade the equipment level.

The development of textile industry in Xinye county can not be separated from the guidance and support of the county Party committee and county government. Next step, Xinye county will strive to extend the chain and strengthen the chain in accordance with the idea of "upgrading spinning, main fabrics, printing and dyeing, developing terminals and brand", and forming a complete industrial chain of "cotton (chemical fiber), yarn, cloth, printing, dyeing, finishing, fabric and clothing" as soon as possible.
