The total amount of 79 million 500 thousand shares of the pledge shares that the Golden Eagle Group has expired in the coming half a year will account for 44.87% of the total number of shares held by the company, accounting for 21.80% of the total share capital of the company, corresponding to the balance of 200 million yuan, and the total amount of 109 million 500 thousand shares of the Pledged Shares expired in the coming year, accounting for 61.82% of the total number of shares held by the company, accounting for 30.03% of the total share capital of the company, corresponding to the financing balance of 280 million yuan.
