000803.SZ announces that the company has recently received notice from Beijing Lian you business management consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Lian you"), and its Chengdu Jinyu Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Jinyu") recently, the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. has lifted the 30 million 26 thousand shares of Jinyu car city shares of Chengdu Jinyu, and has completed the registration procedures for the completion of equity enforcement.
According to the foregoing ruling, the court ruled that the 30 million 26 thousand shares of Jin Yu Cheng stock held by Jinyu, Chengdu, should be priced at 446 million yuan, and it was deducted to the application executor, Beijing Lian you, to repay the debt of 446 million yuan. According to the certificate of transfer of securities issued by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., which was received by Beijing union securities company, the shares of Chengdu Jinyu holding company were registered at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. in January 15, 2020.
As of this announcement, Chengdu Jinyu no longer holds shares in the company. Beijing Lian you holds 30 million 26 thousand shares of the company, accounting for 22.18% of the total share capital of the company. It is the largest shareholder of the company's former single shareholding and the controlling shareholder of the company. The actual controller remains unchanged.
