Adidas Will Shut Down Some Stores In China Due To Coronavirus Infection
In February 5th, Adidas, a German sportswear company, said that due to the outbreak of the new coronavirus, the company would temporarily close some stores in China, and also indicated that the epidemic would have a negative impact on its business in China.

It is reported that, including franchise stores, Adidas has about 12000 stores in China, and the number and area of the shops that were affected by the epidemic were not disclosed. In the second quarter of 7-9, Adidas's sales growth in China dropped from 14% to 11%.
Apart from Adidas, many brands have taken the same measures. In February 4th, Nike also said that the deterioration of the virus would have a significant impact on its business in China. And Nike, BOSS and lululemon have taken temporary measures to close stores in the face of the epidemic. Puma said domestic plants will remain closed until February 10th. And Puma also cancelled or postponed all activities in China in February.
