In 2016, the Ministry of industry and information technology and the national development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "13th Five-Year" development guidance for the industrial textiles industry, which played a strong role in guiding and promoting the development of the industry. 2020 is the year of "13th Five-Year" ending, and it is also an important node for the industry's "14th Five-Year" plan. At present, entrusted by the competent government departments, our association has launched the "14th Five-Year" development strategy research and the "14th Five-Year" development planning work.

In order to better unite the collective wisdom of the industry, grasp the direction of the development of the industry, objectively and accurately reflect the demands of local governments, enterprises and trade associations, and improve the strategic and scientific nature of the "14th Five-Year" development plan of industrial textiles. Now we are facing the backbone enterprises and institutions of higher learning, research institutes, and so on to understand the industry development achievements, key technologies and directions, major development goals and policies. Suggestions and so on. The contents and suggestions that conform to the overall development direction of the industry will be included in the industry "14th Five-Year" development strategy research projects and development plans, and will be used as an important basis for technological progress, awards evaluation, science and technology popularization, and recommendation of relevant national science and technology projects and technological transformation projects.

According to the overall planning of the plan, in order to ensure the scientification and rationalization of the questionnaire, the scientific and technological research form of the "14th Five-Year" development plan of the industrial textiles is divided into A and B Edition: the A edition is mainly for the enterprises, focusing on the key common technology, industrialization, standardization and scientific and technological achievements promotion. The B edition is mainly for research institutions such as universities, focusing on industry basic research, frontier development direction and key research projects.
