Yida textile production manager and Secretary of the Party committee Chen Xinhe said that since February 10th, Yida textile has been assigned three batches to arrange the "dot to point" organization for employees to return to posts in an orderly way. At present, the number of workers returning to posts has reached 170.

After the outbreak, the enterprise implemented closed management, and the government helped the staff to solve the housing problem. The staff carried out two shifts and two operations, and the government coordinated the bus companies' "point to point" delivery on time to ensure the smooth production of the enterprises. At present, the 4 production lines of Yida textile are about 8 tons per day, and the capacity of enterprises has recovered more than 80%.

Changji city commerce and Industry Information Bureau and other relevant departments and units worked together to implement the stable subsidy of 80 thousand and 500 yuan for enterprises and 1 million 150 thousand yuan for social security funds. In view of the shortage of employees facing the enterprises, the government is actively coordinating, and is organizing the orderly turnover of workers in southern Xinjiang and other places.
