The circular requires that the pilot cities should implement the requirements of district classification, precise prevention and control and precision recovery, and speed up the promotion and assistance of the leading enterprises in the supply chain and the enterprises that have important influence in the global supply chain to resume work and resume production; the pilot enterprises should shoulder the social responsibility, give full play to the leading role, strengthen the collaboration with the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain, and help the supporting enterprises to solve the technology and design problems. The circular pointed out that in order to conscientiously implement the major strategic plan to win the fight against poverty, build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and adhere to the relevant requirements of speeding up the production and living order in the prevention and control of normal epidemic situation, and aiming at the weaknesses in the supply chain's safety and synergy, we should actively respond to new market demands, new formats and new modes to accelerate the development of supply chain innovation. The circular stressed that the pilot cities and pilot enterprises should push forward the pilot work in a solid manner. Combined with the feedback from the mid-term evaluation of the pilot project and the key work direction of this year, we should formulate targeted implementation measures to further improve the work ideas and specific implementation plans, speed up the progress of the pilot work, ensure that the tasks and objectives of the pilot work are completed on a timely and high quality basis, and strengthen the business cooperation among all departments.
