At present, China's new crown epidemic prevention and control has achieved phased results, and the global epidemic is spreading rapidly. In order to implement the important directive spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening international cooperation in epidemic prevention and control and playing the role of a responsible big country, we earnestly safeguard the image of "made in China" and do well in the quality assurance of production and export of medical protective textiles.

First, we should comprehensively strengthen quality management. We should establish a quality based brand image and carry out quality integrity building. Quality and safety risk prevention and control should be strengthened to ensure the quality of export products. We should eliminate the unauthorized production and sale of medical devices or record, eliminate the "three no" products of production and sales, detect unqualified products and fraudulent use of certification marks.

Two, insist on production and export according to standard. In strict accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of customs and the State Administration of drugs on the orderly export of medical materials (No. fifth of 2020), we must organize production strictly in accordance with the technical specifications stipulated in the standards and contracts, and ensure that the export products conforms to the quality standards required by China's standards and target exporting countries (regions), and actively guard against the relevant legal risks such as quality default.

Three, respect the protection of intellectual property rights. We should enhance the awareness of intellectual property rights protection, abide by relevant laws and regulations on intellectual property rights of our country and target exporting countries (regions), and eliminate trademark infringement, counterfeiting patents, counterfeiting confusion, and false propaganda. We should actively apply for and use registered trademarks, and improve the product logo and the contents of the instructions.

Four, safeguard the sustainable development of the industry. During the new crown epidemic situation, the whole society increased the production capacity of medical protective textiles such as masks and protective clothing. In the light of the future, the industry should further strengthen industrial restructuring, strengthen international cooperation and layout of production capacity, actively enhance innovation capability and core competitiveness, and ensure sustainable development of the industry.

The association will continue to strengthen communication and docking with relevant government departments and relevant industrial chain organizations, further coordinate and guarantee relevant work of production and export of medical protective textiles, actively assist enterprises in solving practical difficulties and problems, strengthen political positions with the majority of member units, safeguard national honor, and work together to ensure the production and export protection of medical protective textiles.
