Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park Held Steady Industrial Growth Promotion Meeting

On the morning of May 27th, Liu Xiaojian, deputy director of the Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park Management Committee, organized the key industrial enterprises in the park to hold a steady industrial growth promotion conference. The leaders of the industry bureau, the two Investment Promotion Bureau, the Emergency Management Bureau and other relevant leaders of industrial enterprises attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the industrial bureau of the park informed the industrial economic operation of the park from 1 to April. It interpreted the relevant policies of the provinces and municipalities to support the development of enterprises, the policies on the development of new industrial products in Shaanxi Province, the reporting procedures for special funds of Shaanxi small and medium enterprises, the investment promotion policies for industrial transformation, and the two quarter of the Xianyang Municipal Bureau of industry and commerce. The industrial stability growth award has been supplementing provincial and municipal policies, and the Emergency Management Bureau of the park has put forward requirements for consolidating the main responsibility of the enterprise safety production and establishing a safety production management system. The leaders of the participating enterprises have also made an exchange statement around the current production and operation situation, the existing difficulties and problems, and made predictions for the first half of the year and the whole year's business situation, so as to perfect the park. Liu Xiaojian, deputy director of the CMC, pointed out that after the exchange of views with the enterprises on related issues, this year, all sectors of the industry are facing difficulties in varying degrees, and the enterprises in the park have also been affected. But we must firmly develop confidence and overcome difficulties and make good use of the policies of supporting the development of industrial enterprises in all provinces, municipalities and municipalities. Stare at products, stare at customers, stare at national policies, ensure enterprises to tide over difficulties; be honest and conscientiously serve the enterprises; the park should take the initiative and act as the urgent business, and think of the business as a whole, set up a whole board of chess, up and down the mind, take the initiative to serve the enterprises, help enterprises to do a good job in normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and play the role of liaison personnel. We should coordinate and solve the difficulties faced by enterprises in the course of production and operation, and work hard to hedge the impact of the epidemic so as to ensure the steady growth of service enterprises to achieve tangible results. We should strengthen the service management of industrial enterprises and industrial projects, formulate scientific work measures, "stimulate the stock and expand the volume", ensure that enterprises and projects fully release their production capacity, strengthen policy interpretation, fully help enterprises win all support funds of China, provinces and municipalities, fully implement the relevant supporting policies of provinces and municipalities, send policies to enterprises, and actively assist eligible enterprises to win financial assistance. And discount loans to ease the pressure on enterprise funds; increase investment and attract more enterprises to enter the park, and constantly improve the industrial chain, and effectively create favorable conditions for stable growth of enterprises.
