The arrival of Huiquan garment industrial park in Baiquan County has revitalized an idle project asset. A local City Investment Co., Ltd. recovered the enterprise's assets through online auction, which completely solved the petition problem that has plagued the county Party committee and government for many years.

The main leaders of Baiquan County Party committee didn't let the idle assets of enterprises go to sleep in vain. After several years of running, they successfully introduced Liaoning Huludao Starway sporting goods Co., Ltd., a strategic investor. It took only half a year to officially produce qualified products from September 2019 to March this year.

After the completion of the project, 10 million sets of swimsuit, light sports clothing and linen clothing can be produced annually, with sales revenue of 1 billion yuan, tax revenue of 30 million yuan, and 2000 jobs.

Relying on the Huiquan clothing industrial park project, Baiquan County has created a "enterprise + poverty alleviation workshop + base + poor households" mode, planning and constructing 16 poverty alleviation workshops, covering 16 towns and townships in the whole county.
