"Intelligent High Speed Warp Knitting Machine For Staple Yarn" Project Of Jiangnan University Passed The Appraisal Of Scientific And Technological Achievements
On July 11, 2020, entrusted by China Textile Industry Federation, China Textile Machinery Association hosted and held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of "intelligent high speed warp knitting machine for staple yarn" completed by Jiangnan University through the way of "remote + on-site".
Gu Ping, President of China Textile Machinery Association and Zhang Guangsheng, assistant president of Jiangnan University, attended the meeting. Seven experts including academician sun Jinliang of Shanghai University and Professor Wang Zhi of China Knitting Industry Association were invited to form the appraisal committee.
The appraisal committee listened to the work report, technical report, user report and novelty search report, reviewed the data, and conducted on-site inspection and test. After inquiry and discussion, the appraisal opinions are as follows:
1. The data provided are complete and standard, and meet the appraisal requirements.
2. The innovative achievements of the project are as follows:
1) In this paper, the motion curve of the pre bending loop forming part of the staple yarn warp knitting machine is designed, and the dynamic adaptive high-speed electronic traverse motion control algorithm is studied. The high-speed production of short fiber yarn warp knitting is realized, and the normal production speed reaches 1800 rpm.
2) The model of yarn tension fluctuation is established, and the dynamic compensation system of yarn tension controlled by servo motor is developed by using sensorless method. The system can effectively reduce the peak value of yarn tension and restrain the fluctuation of yarn tension.
3) The formation law of short fiber yarn flying is studied, the air flow field model of loop forming area is established, and the scum removing device of high-speed warp knitting machine is developed, which solves the production problem of flying accumulation in the process of short fiber yarn warp knitting. Most of the falling hairiness and flying flowers can be absorbed into the gathering area, and the clean production of short fiber yarn warp knitting is realized.
4) The rapid detection method of warp knitted fabric defects based on machine vision is studied. The filter optimization algorithm based on neural network machine self-learning is proposed. The online detection system for warp knitting defects of staple yarn is developed. The system has been integrated with warp knitting production management system, and intelligent warp knitting of staple yarn is realized.
3. The products of the project have been tested by the national textile machinery quality supervision and inspection center, and the measured indexes meet the requirements of FZ / T 97039-2019.
4. The project achievements have independent intellectual property rights, and 14 invention patents have been applied, including 10 authorized invention patents. The overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level.
5. The project has achieved good economic and social benefits and good market prospects.
The appraisal committee agreed to pass the appraisal and suggested to further strengthen the promotion.
