Glonghui * ST Gaosheng (000971. SZ) announced on August 13, 2020 that on August 13, 2020, the company received the notice on the progress of Yuchi reed bankruptcy case (No. 83, 2019) and the transfer registration confirmation letter issued by China securities registration and Clearing Co., Ltd. transferred by Tianjin bairuo Ke. About 159 million shares of the company won by Tianjin bairuoke through the auction of Beijing Equity Exchange have completed the transfer registration procedures in China securities registration and Clearing Co., Ltd. through judicial transfer on August 13, 2020.
Zhang Dai, chairman and general manager of the company, holds 100% equity of Tianjin bairuoke. After the completion of the share transfer, Tianjin bairuoke holds about 159 million shares of the company (limited for sale shares), accounting for 15.02% of the total share capital of the company, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company and Zhang Dai becoming the actual controller of the company.
