Warp And Weft Spinning Machine Intelligent

On August 29-30, entrusted by China Textile Industry Federation, China Textile Machinery Association organized and held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of "14 projects including whole process intelligent cotton spinning complete equipment and system" developed by enterprises affiliated to Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. The appraisal committee is composed of academicians of Donghua University Yu Jianyong Director, Professor of Jiangnan University Gao Weidong China Cotton Textile Industry Association Zhu Beina It is composed of nine experts serving as deputy directors.

Experts at the meeting visited the site and retested the site, listened to the technical research reports of the project, reviewed the relevant information, and after inquiry and discussion, 14 products and systems passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements, among which 12 projects including the whole process intelligent cotton spinning complete equipment and system reached the international advanced level.

The main innovations are as follows:

1. Whole process intelligent cotton spinning equipment

(1) Adopt new industrialization and integrated design to improve the continuous and automatic level of complete equipment;

(2) All electronic drafting technology was developed to realize the digital adjustment of drafting process;

(3) Break through the "three automatic" technology of combing, and realize the integration of coil unwinding, coiling changing and head growing device.

2. Whole process intelligent logistics system

(1) By using AGV and RFID technology, an automatic conveying system combining flexible and rigid technology is developed. The mode of changing bobbins on mobile platform is created for the first time to realize the automatic conveying and exchange of empty and full bobbins between carding machine and drawing frame;

(2) Combing and drawing with the end pass will be automatically transported to the full barrel storage through fixed guide rail, and RFID technology is used to realize the scheduling of conveying varieties;

(3) The technology of pallet transportation and storage of sliver drum was developed, and the overall barrel changing form between drawing frame and roving frame was created, and the automatic conveying and exchange of empty and full bobbin between drawing frame and roving frame was realized.

3. Whole process intelligent deep integration management system

(1) Realize the visualization and intelligent production scheduling of the whole production process;

(2) Establish data expert analysis system to realize process and quality traceability collaborative control;

(3) Using genetic algorithm to realize intelligent cotton blending management.

4. Whole process intelligent payment system

The whole process intelligent collection and payment system of the flower (silk) is developed, which realizes the all-round intelligent sorting and collection and payment of all processes and parts of the whole process.

It is reported that the project has 31 authorized invention patents, including 3 Japanese patents, 3 Italian patents and 17 software copyrights. The complete set of equipment is in line with the long-term development direction of China's textile machinery industry and has a good prospect of promotion.

The appraisal committee agreed that: the achievement has independent innovation, a number of technologies have filled in the domestic blank, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and unanimously agreed that the "whole process intelligent cotton spinning complete equipment and system" has passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.
