Ministry Of Education And Jiangsu Jointly Promote The Reform Of High-End Textile And Service Vocational Education

Recently, the Ministry of education and the people's Government of Jiangsu Province issued the implementation opinions on comprehensively promoting the reform and innovation of Vocational Education in Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou metropolitan area and creating a high-quality development model.

The opinion points out that the Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou metropolitan area, which is composed of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta. It is one of the areas where China's advanced manufacturing industries are concentrated and the economy and society are developed. It is also one of the areas where high-quality resources of vocational education are intensive and innovative thinking is active. The implementation of the "Yangtze River Delta vocational education reform plan" and "the national vocational education reform program of the Yangtze River Delta".

The opinions put forward specific reform measures, including: first, improving the modern vocational education system; second, strengthening the construction of vocational education system; third, continuously improving the quality of vocational education; fourth, innovating the development mechanism of industry education integration; fifth, enhancing the attraction and contribution of vocational education.
