Special Job Fair Held For High End Textile And Garment Enterprises In Jiangsu Province

Yesterday, "Jiangsu Province high-end textile and clothing enterprises (Higher Vocational) special recruitment fair" was held in Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of engineering, which attracted 56 well-known domestic textile and clothing enterprises to recruit talents.

The job fair is sponsored by Jiangsu textile and garment vocational education industry Steering Committee and Jiangsu textile and garment vocational education group, undertaken by Jiangsu Institute of technology, and supported by Jiangsu textile industry association. The purpose is to better meet the needs of textile and garment enterprises for technical talents, build a platform for enterprises to recruit talents, and promote the close cooperation between textile and garment enterprises and colleges in our province.

The recruitment fair adopts online and offline recruitment forms. The online recruitment is conducted by the employer through yuebo Jianghai live broadcast platform to all textile and garment vocational colleges in the whole province. Jiangsu Vocational College of engineering, Changzhou Textile and garment vocational and technical college and other 12 Higher Vocational Colleges organized students to participate in the online recruitment. Offline recruitment is the way of on-site negotiation and on-site propaganda. Enterprises conduct on-site on-the-spot publicity videos and PPT to publicize the corporate image and release recruitment information to negotiate and exchange with fresh graduates and select excellent talents.
