Building a benchmark project for Guangdong industry to assist Xinjiang

On June 22, 2014, during a visit to Xinjiang, the party and government delegation of Guangdong Province and XPCC agreed to jointly build BINGTUAN Caohu Guangdong textile and garment industrial park, and strive to build it into a "national first-class and world advanced" textile and clothing industrial base, an important platform for Kashgar to connect with the Silk Road Economic Belt and China Pakistan Economic Corridor, and a benchmark project for Guangdong industry to assist Xinjiang.

In the second half of 2016, he led the team to visit more than 20 domestic powerful cotton textile enterprises, and selected Shandong Dezhou Hengfeng group, a leading cotton textile enterprise in China, to realize the trusteeship management of 1 million spindles textile project.

The trusteeship operation mode fully combines the capital advantages of state-owned enterprises, the management and technology and market advantages of private enterprises, and the local raw material advantages of the third division, which promotes the high-level operation of the project and achieves good economic and social benefits.

After strict quality control, the AA grade quality index of dongchunxing group's products increased from 33.9% at the beginning of the plant to 88.8% in November 2020. The fine cotton / Modal compact knitting yarn produced won the "2018-2019 high quality yarn for color woven fabrics" and the viscose vortex spun knitting yarn won the "2018-2019 excellent quality color weaving yarn Award".

Since the first phase of the project was put into operation in 2017, by the end of 2019, dongchunxing group has produced and sold about 200000 tons of various yarns, realized sales revenue of about 4 billion yuan, and paid 45.34 million yuan of taxes and fees for sanshitu city.

More than 600 employees drive to work

"Good corporate environment and good wages have become one of the most important factors for the group to retain employees." Ling Li gave an example. In the past, many employees came to work by electric vehicles. Nowadays, many employees come to work in cars.

According to incomplete statistics, more than 600 of the 4100 employees in the group have come to work by car. Not only that, the cars that employees drive are gradually changing from domestic ones to joint ventures. Because more and more employees drive cars to work, every time it comes to work, the roads around the group are full of cars, becoming a "beautiful" scenery in Caohu town.

The annual output value is 2.5 billion

Driving 5000 people to work

With the commissioning of the third phase of donghuxing 400000 ingot project in June 2020, it marks the successful completion of the construction target of 1 million ingots of dongchunxing group. If all the equipment is fully loaded, the annual output value of various yarns will reach 3.05 billion yuan, with an annual output of about 160000 tons. There are 4168 employees in the project, including 1019 Han employees, accounting for 24.45%. A total of 1209 poverty-stricken workers have been employed. Through school enterprise cooperation, the project aims to cultivate more than 100 highly skilled talents for the third division every year.

"Affected by the epidemic, the group's output value this year is only 1.85 billion yuan." However, according to the current customer orders of the group, it is estimated that the output value of next year can reach 2.5 billion yuan, and there will be 5000 employees.

The project is mainly based on domestic advanced equipment, and the key parts are imported equipment. At the same time, an autonomous region level enterprise technology research and development center is established, equipped with Swiss Uster test instrument, automatic large capacity cotton detector, single fiber tester, automatic yarn yarn yarn evenness tester, automatic strength tester, 100000 meter yarn defect analyzer, etc The development of pure spinning and blending series of silk and modal fiber; the development of G100 series of Lanjing fine denier Tencel has filled in the blank of Xinjiang spinning.
