Recently, Yiyang textile signed a cooperation agreement with Kuangshi and China Mobile to jointly build a "5g + smart factory" in the textile industry. Kuangshi will build the first high-density single roll automated three-dimensional warehouse for Yiyang textile industry in China, and build an industry intelligent upgrading benchmark.

Specifically, Kuangshi will take Hetu, a self-made robot network operating system, as the core, and cooperate with a variety of automation equipment to customize a set of automation scheme from receiving, sending, storing to intelligent transportation, so as to help Yiyang textile optimize the production process and the management mode of warehousing and warehousing, so as to realize cost reduction and efficiency increase. Don: How did a garment come to us?

Liu: textile, by definition, is spinning and weaving, in which there is room for extension up and down. From a cotton plant to a finished fabric, it needs to go through a series of complex processes, such as planting, picking, ginning, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, and shaping. These finished fabrics enter the garment factory through traders, and are processed, cut and pasted. Finally, they flow into the market through various sales channels.

Tang: what is the original intention of intelligent upgrading of Yiyang textile mill?

Liu: in the past ten years of textile business experience, we have found that the traditional production mode has some disadvantages, such as the quality can not be fully guaranteed, the efficiency is difficult to be improved, and the handling work is heavy. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the operating system and automation equipment to realize the intelligent upgrading of textile mills, improve the production process, and improve the quality and efficiency.

Tang: how to define the success of Yiyang textile mill project?

Liu: we hope that through the implementation of the open-minded program, Yiyang textile mill can achieve the expected effect after its completion. If we can find some problems on this basis and further improve and enhance the details, it will be our greater success.

Liu: how determined is it to enter the textile industry?

Xu: clothing, food, housing and transportation. Clothing is the people's livelihood, and it is the most important plan. In the definition of Kuangshi logistics direction, the manufacturing industry represented by shoes and clothing manufacturing is the key content of Kuangshi's layout and deep cultivation in the next few years. In fact, in recent years, everyone has been talking about AI landing. We think that we must deeply cultivate the industry to create more sparks. In the Yiyang textile mill project, we will ensure the success of the project at the same time, collision more sparks. The practice of a few years ago let us see that AI will surely make great achievements in the direction of intelligent logistics.

Liu: what will Kuangshi do in the smart upgrading of Yiyang textile factory?

Xu: I've been in this industry for more than 20 years, and I've done projects at various points of a single building. However, the full scene intelligent project like Yiyang textile factory is the first in the industry.

Kuangshi has spent two to three years to develop the river chart system. The successful application of some previous projects is the basis for the success of Yiyang textile mill project. In addition, Kuangshi will also make some innovations in this project, including the latest unmanned AMR (autonomous mobile robot), whose technical performance has been very leading in the whole industry. This time, we will also do the research and development of single roll automation. From the perspective of all scene intelligent technology, we can see that there are relatively mature technologies in each block. First, we will solve the problem of cloth storage and the overall problem of raw materials after warehousing. In the future, we may further apply river chart to clothing and other links. In the future, both sides will continue to explore new technical footholds in the process from detailed planning to project implementation. Many scenes are not very mature at the beginning, but are exploring more good application fields in constant exploration.
