Trading Situation Of Turkmenistan National Commodity Raw Material Exchange (January 4-9)
The state news agency of Turkmenistan reported on January 9 that in the week from January 4 to 9, 27 contracts were registered in Turkmenistan's national commodity and raw material exchange.
In terms of foreign exchange trading, Chinese (Hong Kong), Afghan and Uzbekistan purchasers purchased aviation kerosene, lighting kerosene and gasoline from Turkmenistan oil processing complex, while buyers from Russia, the United States, China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Azerbaijan purchased cotton yarn, licorice root and stems, with a total contract value of more than 4.908 million US dollars.
In terms of local currency transactions, buyers from the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Pakistan and Kazakhstan purchased cotton yarn with a total contract amount of more than 26.984 million manat.
In the domestic market, local enterprises purchased mung beans and cotton fiber, with a total transaction volume of more than 2.405 million manats.
