Gao Shanyu, deputy secretary of the provincial people's Congress, deputy secretary of the Xiajin County Party committee and head of the county, said in an interview with reporters that Xiajin County will vigorously implement the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in combination with high-quality development and do a good job in cultivating and upgrading characteristic industries.

Gao Shanyu said that on the one hand, the textile and clothing industry will be upgraded to build a "green textile materials City" relying on the lessel textile materials project; on the other hand, the agricultural and sideline products deep processing projects will be integrated in the whole industry chain, and the articles of "grain first, food tail" and "agriculture first and industrial tail" will be done well. Relying on the new hope Liuhe project, the whole industry chain layout of breeding, feed, food processing and other industries is carried out to provide impetus for Rural Revitalization and farmers' income increase.

"We will vigorously develop the equipment manufacturing industry, relying on a series of backbone leading enterprises, such as Chaoyang bearing, haosentec, Ourui electronics, to cultivate the growth point of new industrialization in Xiajin County." Gao Shanyu said.
