Jiangsu Lianfa Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") held the 16th meeting of the 4th board of directors and the 13th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors on April 21, 2020, deliberated and passed the proposal on renewing the appointment of audit institution in 2020, and agreed to continue employing Dahua accounting firm (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Dahua") as the audit machine of the company in 2020 For details, please refer to the announcement on the reappointment of audit institutions in 2020 (Announcement No.: lf2020-017) disclosed by the company on the http://www.cninfo.com.cn and the securities times on April 23, 2020. On May 13, 2020, the company held the 2019 annual general meeting of shareholders, which deliberated and passed the above proposal.

On February 4, 2021, the company received the letter on changing the signed CPA of Jiangsu Lianfa Textile Co., Ltd. issued by Dahua. As the audit institution of the company in 2020, Dahua originally appointed Ye Jinfu and Wang Zhun to provide audit services for the company. In view of the adjustment of the work of Wang Zhun, the former certified public accountant, and arranged by Dahua, ye Jinfu and Yang Qihu are appointed as the signing certified public accountants to be responsible for the audit of the company's financial statements in 2020 and continue to complete the relevant work.
