Recently, Cai Shu, Secretary of the CPC Haizhu District Committee, went to CUHK textile business district to conduct research and Research on Guangzhou International light and Textile City, Yangtze River textile city, Ruifang Textile City and Pearl River International Textile City to understand the market development situation and the operation status of the merchants. Comrade Cai Shu stressed: first, we should find the right position. We should grasp the historical opportunity of a new round of urban renewal and transformation, give full play to the existing industrial foundation advantages of CUHK business district, strengthen the planning guidance, vigorously build the international textile fashion center of CUHK, further expand and strengthen the industry, improve the environment and make the business district a new business card for the high-quality development of Haizhu. Second, we should make clear our thinking. We should strengthen the overall planning of the work, clarify the working ideas of "systematic planning, step-by-step promotion, typical demonstration and overall improvement", plan the industrial development and spatial layout in the top-level design, do a good job in the pilot work of "4 + 2" market comprehensive improvement, and promote the overall improvement of environment, business type and population quality. Third, we should deepen the task. Focusing on the stage work, guided by upgrading the industrial format, optimizing the industrial ecology and improving the environmental beauty, we should do a deep and detailed business district data search, formulate targeted support policies, eliminate low-end business forms, encourage market players to take root in development and high-end development, and create some business district landmarks. Fourth, we should strengthen implementation. Based on the one-year work goal, we should refine and quantify the specific tasks, the completion schedule, and the responsibilities of compaction departments and local streets. We will further optimize the mechanisms of organizational leadership, policy support, and information communication, so as to ensure demonstration and effectiveness. Fifth, we should increase publicity. Further mobilize the strength of the market, chamber of Commerce and associations, strengthen the overall image publicity of the business district, do a good job in characteristic brand activities, strive to introduce more industry resources into the business district, actively take advantage of the development advantages of Haizhu District's Convention and exhibition, hold international fashion exhibitions, and improve the discourse power of the industry.
