Huafang (600448. SH) announced the resolution of the 21st Meeting of the 6th board of directors, deliberated and passed the proposal on investment and participation in the establishment of Binzhou Bohai Kechuang Private Fund Management Co., Ltd;
Binzhou Antai Holding Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Binzhou Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of the company, intends to jointly invest with the company and Bohai Advanced Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. to establish Binzhou Bohai Kechuang Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (provisional name, subject to industrial and commercial registration), with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, including: Binzhou Antai holding The Group Co., Ltd. plans to invest 9 million yuan, accounting for 45% of the registered capital; the company plans to invest 7 million yuan, accounting for 35% of the registered capital; Bohai Advanced Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. plans to invest 4 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the registered capital.
The capital source of the company's investment is its own funds and the amount is small, which will not have adverse impact on the company's financial and operating conditions.
