The reason was analyzed

During the Spring Festival shutdown, generally about 50000 spindles, textile enterprises have 300-500 tons of raw cotton inventory, and enterprises are not in a hurry to stock up in the current situation of cotton prices soaring.

Second, we are worried that the market will turn around. Cotton prices at home and abroad "rise ceaselessly", such a price trend for the enterprise heart is mixed. The interviewed enterprises believe that the cotton market has become more and more distinctive in its characteristics of many changes and rapid changes. A number of owners said that the sharp rise in cotton prices has deviated from the fundamentals, and there are still variables in the international situation, epidemic control and follow-up orders.

Third, market guarantee and logistics guarantee bring confidence to enterprises. For a long time, the domestic and foreign cotton market has been fluctuating, import, storage, auction and other business channels have been used, cotton enterprises have no worries, as long as the funds are sufficient, they can get the raw materials they need at any time.
