GCL Energy Technology (002015): Plans To Sign A Strategic Cooperation Agreement With CICC
GCL energy technology (002015) announced on the evening of March 21 that the company intends to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with CICC. The two sides intend to cooperate to set up an industry fund with the theme of "carbon neutrality". Through equity investment in high-quality projects in the upstream and downstream of the mobile energy industry chain and the charging and swapping platform enterprises, and with the help of the new energy vehicle travel platform, the two sides will realize the diversion to the charging and swapping platform, complete the construction of the charging and swapping data platform, and build a new mobile energy industry ecology. The total scale of the fund shall not exceed 10 billion yuan.
