US Cotton Growth Report: US Cotton Planting Rate Is 49%
According to the U.S. cotton growth report released by the U.S. Department of agriculture on May 24, the U.S. cotton planting rate was 49% in the week ending May 23, 38% in the previous week, 52% in the same period last year, and 52% in the five-year average.
