Market Data: In June, The National Clothing Factory Price Dropped By 0.8% Year On Year

According to the National Bureau of statistics, in June 2021, the factory prices of industrial producers nationwide increased by 8.8% year-on-year and 0.3% month on month. In the first half of the year, the ex factory prices of industrial producers rose by 5.1% over the same period last year.

From a year-on-year perspective, the price of means of production rose by 11.8% in the ex factory prices of industrial producers, which affected the overall level of ex factory prices of industrial producers by 8.76%. Among them, the price of raw materials industry increased by 18.0%, and the price of processing industry increased by 7.4%. The price of means of living rose by 0.3% over the same period of last year, which affected the rise of the total ex factory price of industrial producers by about 0.07%. Among them, the price of clothing decreased by 0.8%, the price of general daily necessities increased by 0.3%, and the price of durable consumer goods decreased by 0.6%.

In terms of month on month comparison, the price of means of production rose by 0.5% in the ex factory prices of industrial producers, which affected the rise of the total ex factory prices of industrial producers by about 0.36%. Among them, the price of raw materials industry increased by 0.2%, and the price of processing industry increased by 0.3%. The price of means of living decreased by 0.2% over the same period of last year, which affected the total price level of industrial producers to drop by about 0.05%. Among them, the price of clothing decreased by 0.3%, the price of general daily necessities decreased by 0.2%, and the price of durable consumer goods increased by 0.1%.
