    The Project "Research And Industrialization Of Key Technology And Equipment For Production Of High Strength Coarse Denier Spunbonded Nonwovens" Has Passed The Appraisal Of Scientific And Technological Achievements; Spunbonded Nonwovens

    On July 2, the science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Industry Federation organized and held a meeting between Dalian Huayang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Textile University, Dalian Huayang encyclopedia Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Yingfu Technology Industry Co., Ltd Tianjin vision Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has jointly undertaken and completed the project appraisal meeting of "key technology and equipment research and industrialization of high strength coarse denier spunbonded nonwovens". This project is originated from the science and technology guidance project of China Textile Industry Federation in 2016, which is an innovative research on the technical system of spunbonded nonwovens industrialization.

    The appraisal committee is composed of seven experts from Shanghai University, Tianjin University of science and technology, Zhejiang University of science and technology, China Academy of Textile Sciences Co., Ltd., military supplies Engineering Technology Research Institute of Academy of Military Sciences, Dalian University of technology and tiandingfeng Holding Co., Ltd, Professor Cheng Bowen of Tianjin University of science and technology served as the vice chairman. Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Association and President of China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, Li Guimei, vice president of China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, Professor Ren musu, executive deputy director of composite materials research center of Shanghai University, and other leaders and experts were invited to attend the meeting online and offline.

    The experts of the appraisal committee listened to and reviewed the report materials of the project undertaking unit, inspected the production site, inspected the products, and gave a high evaluation of the project after inquiry and discussion.

    The project has overcome the key technology and complete set of equipment problems in the production of high-strength coarse denier two-component spunbonded nonwovens, breaking through the technical bottleneck. The project has developed the spunbonded two-component composite three box precision spinning technology and equipment; Based on the heat conduction model in the cooling process of two-component thick denier filament, the cooling technology and device with multi thread distribution and independent control of orifice plate was developed; The mechanical hot roller drafting technology with low draw ratio and high crystallization was studied, and the preparation technology of bicomponent fiber with coarse denier, high elongation, high strength and low shrinkage was solved; Invention of air diffusion double electrostatic separation high frequency and large swing uniform net laying technology and device; Three high-strength coarse denier two-component spunbonded nonwovens production lines have been built to achieve stable operation. The project has independent intellectual property rights, 5 invention patents and 11 utility model patents authorized by the state.

    The appraisal committee believes that the project has fulfilled the requirements of the project specification, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. It has unanimously agreed that the project has passed the appraisal, and recommended further promotion and application.

    It is reported that the achievements of the project have been applied in the fields of cryogenic insulation, filtration, carpet, shoe materials, waterproof coiled materials, etc., which has enhanced the international competitiveness of China's industrial textiles, provided key materials for national defense construction, and played a positive role in promoting the industry's technological progress and product upgrading.
