It is understood that after more than 30 years of development, Shishi has formed a complete textile and clothing industry chain covering textile raw materials, spinning and weaving, bleaching and dyeing finishing, garment processing, auxiliary material production, marketing, e-commerce, logistics and distribution, and has more than 8000 textile and garment and supporting industry enterprises.

In April 2017, Shishi municipal government took the lead in promoting textile and garment enterprises, relevant organizations (associations), service platforms, scientific research institutes, financial institutions, etc., and jointly established Shishi textile and clothing industry alliance (hereinafter referred to as the alliance), becoming the first county level unified alliance in the domestic textile and garment industry plate. At present, there are 527 registered members and more than 4000 radiation enterprises.

It is reported that since its establishment for more than four years, the alliance has been committed to promoting the quality of the industry. It has set up 140 lean management projects for enterprises, completed 60 enterprise diagnosis and training, and expected to generate a positive income of 55.86 million yuan, promoting the improvement of business philosophy, management mechanism and operation effectiveness; We guided member enterprises to cooperate with each other, established a "sharing platform" for idle plants in the region and an information database for adjustable workshops, and successfully promoted the efficient docking and turnover of 516800 square meters of plants; Through the docking of orders, production capacity and raw materials, Tuqiang clothing and battlefield jeep, Shuimiao and Sandi, xiyingying and Sandi, precious bird and Shanghai Hongfang have cooperated hand in hand. In addition, the alliance, together with Shishi court, creatively established the first "textile and clothing court" in China, and set up the people's Mediation Committee for business disputes to provide "one-stop" service for filing, mediation and trial of litigation related disputes.

On the same day, the alliance successfully changed its terms and held the inauguration ceremony of the Second Council of directors (supervisors). Lin Hongnan was appointed as the new president. In view of a series of problems encountered in the development process of textile and garment enterprises, including the credit repair after enterprise reorganization, Quanzhou intermediate people's court, Fujian pinshang credit reference Co., Ltd., and Shishi textile and garment industry alliance also reached a consensus and signed a memorandum.

According to the plan, Shishi encourages all social organizations in the city to give full play to their professional and resource advantages, go out and "tell the story of stone lion", introduce "drop projects, open shops and gather people", and strive to increase the total social investment of more than 10 billion yuan per year for three consecutive years from 2021.

The community investment in the scheme is divided into project investment and general service shop investment. Project investment refers to the newly introduced industrial projects, service projects, and projects promoting enterprises to increase investment for technological transformation and upgrading; General service shop investment is to attract commercial entities to open new shops in Shishi clothing city, Textile City, food city, shopping malls and along street stores, and actively participate in various exhibitions organized by government units. For the excellent performance of the community organizations, Shishi will give policy incentives.

The relevant person in charge of Shishi City said that previously, at the just concluded Eighth Party Congress of Shishi City, Shishi proposed a new strategy of "comprehensively building a modern commercial and trade capital, opening a new journey of high-quality development and surpassing the new journey". To achieve this grand goal, we must pool the strength of all sectors, especially the powerful power of "Shishi business Gang".
