Henan Institute of engineering, as a key Undergraduate College of Applied Technology and one of the first batch of key colleges of textile and garment modern industry, has a long history, outstanding quality of education and remarkable achievements in scientific research. It is the high place of textile and garment industry technology and theory in the province; Zhoukou textile and garment industry has a sound foundation, prominent geographical advantages and rich human resources, which is a practical highland for the high-quality development of the industry. The cooperation between the two sides has a profound resource and technical foundation, with huge potential and broad prospects.
