In view of the characteristics of the second batch of 76 "specialized and special new" enterprises in the textile industry, Xia Lingmin said that the innovation ability and profitability of the "specialized and special new" enterprises in the textile industry are relatively strong. By the end of 2020, the average design and R & D personnel of 76 enterprises in the second batch accounted for 15.6%, and the average R & D investment intensity was 4.2%, far higher than the industry average level. It has 2885 patents, including 577 invention patents, accounting for 20% of the total. The total number of software copyrights is 401.
