*St Carey (002072. SZ) Stock Related Disclosure Is False

On December 28, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a supervision letter to Zhejiang fifth quarter Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the fifth quarter industry") and Wu lianmo. According to the regulatory letter, on June 17, 2015, the original controlling shareholder of Kairui Holding Co., Ltd. (* ST Carey, 002072. SZ) disclosed in the report on changes in simple equity in the fifth quarter that it reduced its holding of 8.5 million shares of * ST Carey through block trading platform, accounting for 4.83% of the total share capital. The account transferred the above 8.5 million shares is owned by Shanghai Yijing Industrial Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Wu lianmo, the controlling shareholder of the industry in the fifth quarter and the original actual controller of * ST Carey. In the fifth quarter, under the condition that the number of * ST Carey shares held by itself and the persons acting in concert had not changed, the company disclosed that it had reduced its holding of 8.5 million * ST Carey shares in the short form equity change report, and the relevant contents had false records. The above behavior violates the relevant regulations of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
