On January 12, the reporter learned from the Regional Bureau of industry and information technology that in 2021, the regional textile and garment industry is expected to achieve an industrial added value of 2.04 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30%.

Last year, the regional textile and clothing industry achieved leapfrog development, and the data showed the vigorous development trend of the textile and clothing industry: 1.11 million spindles, 4447 looms and 14.5 million sets of clothing were added, respectively, 220%, 445% and 14.5 times of the annual target tasks, and 10200 new jobs were achieved in the whole year.

On January 11, walking into the factory area of Aksu Sida Textile Co., Ltd., the main works of 8 standard workshops and 3 dormitory buildings have been basically completed. All new air-jet looms, sizing machines, cloth inspection machines and air compressors have all entered the factory and are being installed and debugged.

"We plan to invest 500 million yuan to install 120000 spindles and 1008 air-jet looms. At present, we are scrambling for the construction period and put into production before the end of 2022. According to the contract, the enterprise has obtained 58.9 million yuan of policy funds, and the governments at all levels really take good care of the enterprises." Aksu Sida Textile Co., Ltd. principal Wu Zongyu said.

Last year, on the basis of improving the service mechanism, the region paid a total of 203 million yuan of industrial special subsidies through the continuous release of policy dividends. In addition, the region continued to optimize the development environment of the textile and clothing industry, implemented the financial support policies such as "bank textile loan", promoted the financial business such as "warehouse receipt pledge" and futures, and broadened the financing channels of textile and garment enterprises. In addition, we should strive for special subsidies for textile and garment enterprises, timely review and honor subsidies for freight and electricity charges of textile and garment enterprises, so as to alleviate the financial pressure of enterprises.

In the new year, based on the rapid development of the textile and clothing industry, the region will adhere to the principle of employment first and people's livelihood priority, and promote the high-quality development of the whole industry chain in the direction of promoting the extension, supplement and strengthening of the textile and clothing industry. At the same time, we will track and serve 47 textile and garment industry projects, keep a close eye on the construction progress of major projects such as Youlian printing and dyeing, Guangdong Zhijing 500000 spindles, 10000 looms and other major projects, and strive to promote the projects to reach the production capacity and increase efficiency as soon as possible.
