Shanghai Sanmao (600689): Progress Of Listing And Transferring 100% Equity Of Yindun Company
Shanghai Sanmao (600689) announced on the evening of March 7 that the company held the third interim meeting of the 10th board of directors in 2021 on November 10, 2021, and decided to terminate the liquidation, cancel Shanghai Yindun Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yindun company") and publicly transfer its 100% equity of the company through public listing. On January 17, 2022, the company received the confirmation letter of trading qualification from Chongqing United equity exchange, and two intended transferees were recruited for the 100% equity project of Yindun company. Through online bidding, Shanghai tongkai Lightning Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "tongkai company") was finally confirmed as the transferee of the project, and the final offer was RMB 700214768. Subsequently, the company signed the property right transaction contract with tongkai company, and received the total transaction price of RMB 700214768.
As of the date of this announcement, the subject company has completed the industrial and commercial change, and the relevant equity has been registered in the name of Shanghai tongkai Lightning Protection Technology Co., Ltd. After the completion of the industrial and commercial change, the company no longer holds the equity of Shanghai Yindun Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. So far, the transaction has been completed.
