Shandong will invite experts from both inside and outside the province who are responsible for the evaluation of awards in the field of industrial design or scientific research above the provincial and ministerial level to set up a working group to put forward the shortlisted products (works) and the list of award-winning suggestions in each stage. There are 10 gold awards, 20 silver awards, 50 bronze awards and 50 new Star Awards (for school students, young teachers and designers). The chief designer (except the students) who won the gold medal will apply to the Provincial Federation of trade unions for "Shandong May 1st Labor Medal" according to the procedure; The group or individual who has won the Gold Award, silver award, bronze award and new star award will be given 150000 yuan, 50000 yuan, 20000 yuan and 5000 yuan respectively; Products (works) with gold award, silver award and bronze award are recommended to participate in the "China excellent industrial design award"; For students who have won the "New Star Award" of colleges and universities, priority should be given to recommending employment opportunities to industrial design and research institutes above provincial level and key industrial design enterprises in Shandong Province. There are 3 gold medals, 12 silver prizes, 20 bronze awards and 20 new Star Awards in the textile and garment competition. The organizations or individuals who have won the gold, silver, bronze and New Star Awards will be given financial rewards of 80000 yuan, 30000 yuan, 10000 yuan and 5000 yuan respectively. 35 gold, silver and bronze awards and the top five new Star Awards will directly participate in the second round of the provincial governor cup competition.
