A Printing And Dyeing Enterprise In Shashi District Of Jingzhou Was Punished For Direct Discharge Of Production Wastewater And Production Suspension
Production wastewater was discharged directly, and an enterprise in Shashi District was fined for stopping production. Recently, Shashi District branch of the municipal ecological environment bureau investigated and dealt with a case of illegal discharge of pollutants by an enterprise.
The environmental law enforcement personnel of Shashi District branch of the municipal ecological and Environmental Bureau inspected the park and found that there was an illegal act of direct discharge of production wastewater in the industrial park of a town. Through tracing the source, the suspected illegal sewage discharge target was targeted as a printing and dyeing enterprise.
Further investigation found that the wastewater produced in the process of garment printing was directly discharged into the urban pipe network without collection and treatment. The monitoring results of water samples show that the concentration of pollutants exceeds the standard seriously, which violates the relevant provisions of the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of water pollution.
According to the fact that the enterprise violates the law on the prevention and control of water pollution of the people's Republic of China, Shashi District branch of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau ordered it to stop production for rectification, eliminate water environmental pollution and impose a fine of 140000 yuan.
In recent years, Shashi District has strengthened the basis of regular inspection, focused on cracking down on environmental violations according to law, and severely punished all kinds of environmental violations.
