Jiaxin Silk (002404): Holding Subsidiary And Subsidiary Company Provide Guarantee For Holding Subsidiary Company

Jiaxin silk (002404) announced on the evening of May 30 that Guangxi Jiaxin silk Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, and Zhejiang Jiaxin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company Jiaxing China silk cocoon silk Home Textile Co., Ltd. (the above subsidiaries and subsidiaries are collectively referred to as "guarantors") intends to provide joint and several liability guarantee for loans of no more than 30 million yuan from financial institutions for Guangxi Jiaxin pawn Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangxi Jiaxin pawn") within the scope of consolidated statements of the company. The guarantee period is three years from the date of maturity of debt performance.

The above guarantee matters have been examined and approved by the guarantor's internal approval authority on May 27, 2022. According to the relevant provisions of the guidelines for self regulatory supervision of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange No.1 - standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, this matter has already fulfilled the internal decision-making procedures of the holding subsidiary and does not need to be submitted to the company's board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
